We are a small family run business and want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately. See our complete policy below for returns or exchanges.
If damage is visible from the exterior of the shipping box, refuse delivery. The package will automatically be returned to us at no cost to you and we will initiate a new shipment upon return.
If your product has a quality control issue, please re-seal the container and it will be evaluated by our production facility. Follow the exchange directions 1-4 below.
- Contact Ohana Spice Trading Company within 30 days. We can be reached via email or phone 808-557-5742. We will not accept items for exchange without prior authorization. We do not accept returns of open or used products.
- Once contacted, we will give you detailed instructions for shipping your damaged products back to us. It is the customers’ responsibility for shipping back the damaged items in order to begin the exchange process.
- Once received, the damaged items with be exchanged with the same item (pending availability) or replaced with an item of equal or greater value.
- All exchange requests are processed within 5-7 days of receipt.
- If you have changed your mind about purchasing our product, contact us within 15 days by emailing us. You will be given specific return instructions.
- Products must be returned to us by you, unopened in original packaging.
- Once the products are received, your return will be processed within 5-7 days.
- We DO NOT accept returns of opened or used items.
