Recipe: Crispy Rosemary Chickpeas


  • 2 (15 oz) cans chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary flavored olive oil*
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons Ohana Legend Spice Blend


Drain chickpeas well then transfer to a clean flour sack towel. Gently pat dry then allow to air for 1 hour. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place chickpeas in a bowl along with both olive
oils and seasoning; mix to combine.Remove any chickpea casings (skin) that you see. Transfer to a baking sheet with a rim and place in hot oven for 50 minutes, shaking pan several
times while baking. Allow to cool ten minutes in pan then transfer to a serving dish; eat warm.

4-6 servings

*You can use any flavored olive oil you like;
just make sure it is top quality.
