
Recipe: Bok Choy and Water Chestnuts
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 5 heads bok choy; chopped
- 1 (6 oz) can sliced water chestnuts; drained
- Ohana Spice Trading Company Tradition
- squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Heat both oils in a wok (medium-high heat). Add bok choy & water chestnuts and sprinkle with Ohana Spice Tradition (a little goes a long way). Stir-fry for 2 minutes until ginger and garlic is fragrant. Turn heat to low, cover, and continue to cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and add lemon juice; stir well.
